important thing after charecter. The good news is you are the most responsible person for managing your health. If you take some measures for your health,
you will live all your life disease free. We all know that prevention is better than cure. Tragedy is we don't care it. In fact we spend millions of dollars every
year to solve health problems. If we can invest when we are healthy, we don't have to spend medical bill later in life.
